Information silos from patient intake location to procedure date, time, location are cumbersome, adversely influence patient preparation for invasive procedures, and dissatisfy patients.
Patients, families, and patient advocates feel left out of the pre-procedure preparation process. They wish to be involved in the process not exist in an information vacuum.
